One Piece has been hot for a couple of months now and it’s something that we’ve recently started buying heavily. While I wouldn’t consider myself an expert in One Piece by any means, the Expected Value method can be applied to any type of card, and OP is no exception.
Before we get started, here’s a couple things you should know:
The average Gem Rates on these cards are very high (often 90% or more), which you’ll see presented for each card below. However for the purposes of calculating the profitability of each card, the Gem Rate is capped at 75%.
As you might guess, quality control on these cards is excellent and they are generally well centered and sharp. The biggest thing to watch for is whitening on the back surface and edges.
We tried to present highly abundant cards, worth about $300 or less ungraded. The goal is that these cards are both readily available on the market and reasonably priced for someone who is new to OP.
